RANDY KNIGHT, B.COMM, CIP
PRINCIPAL - KNIGHT EASTON & ASSOCIATES
Randy is a senior multi-line adjuster and principal in Knight Easton and Associates Ltd. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) from the University of Calgary in 1984 and his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2005. Randy started his insurance career as an independent adjuster in Calgary, AB in 1984 with a multi-national firm.
Two years later, he returned to his hometown of Kelowna, B.C. to work with a well established national firm in their Vernon and Kelowna offices. In 1992, Randy joined Pritchard Woodall & Associates Ltd. as a managing partner and worked for them until 2007, when he and Steve purchased the Kelowna, B.C. office and started Knight Easton and Associates Ltd.
Randy is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, Arson Investigators' Association, International Association of Arson Investigations, Canada West Ski Association and Lake Okanagan Insurance Society. He specializes in large complex Personal Lines, Commercial and Multi Residential claims as well as Business Interruption, Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Casualty and Automobile losses.

STEVE EASTON, CIP
PRINCIPAL - KNIGHT EASTON & ASSOCIATES
Steve is a senior multi-line adjuster and principal in Knight Easton and Associates Ltd. Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. Steve started his insurance career in 1982 as a staff adjuster with Canadian Indemnity Insurance Company. In 1986 he became an independent adjuster and joined the Vancouver office of Pritchard Woodall and Associates Ltd. and became a partner in 1999.
Steve relocated to Kelowna, B.C. in 1995 to work in their branch office, where he remained until 2007, when he and Randy purchased the business and started Knight Easton & Associates Ltd.
Steve is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, Lake Okanagan Insurance Society and Canada West Ski Association. He specializes in complex Casualty claims including Municipal and Ski Hill liability

ARLENE IRWIN, CIP, CAIB
ADJUSTER
Arlene is a senior multi-line adjuster. She obtained her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2003 and (CAIB) designation in 2001. Arlene started her insurance career in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1984 as an underwriter with Guardian Royal Exchange Insurance Company. Through hard work and dedication she was promoted to assistant section leader before immigrating to Kelowna in 1995.
Arlene continued to work as an independent adjuster with both a well established local and national firm, before joining Knight Easton and Associates Ltd. in 2007.
Arlene is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, Insurance Brokers' Association, and Lake Okanagan Insurance Society. She specializes in Personal Lines, Multi Residential, Commercial, Casualty and Automobile claims.
Jo-Anne Haun, CIP
Adjuster
Jo-Anne is a multi-line adjuster and obtained her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 1985. She began her insurance career in Toronto in 1977 as an administrative assistant with the Co-operators Insurance Company. In 1980 Joanne was promoted to a staff adjuster and worked for a number of large Canadian insurance companies, before joining Knight Easton and Associates Ltd. in 2008.
Jo-Anne is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada and Lake Okanagan Insurance Society. She is actively involved in the Insurance Institute of B.C.'s Education Committee and was past President of the Lake Okanagan Insurance Society. Jo-Anne specializes in Personal Lines, Commercial, Multi Residential, Automobile and Casualty claims.
Tim Deming
Adjuster
Tim is a multi-line adjuster and is currently working towards his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. He started his insurance career as an independent adjuster in Williams Lake, B.C. in 1998 with Huston Grant Adjustment Corp. After being mentored by his father, a long time independent adjuster, Tim moved to Prince George, B.C. to work for a well established national firm. In 2007 he relocated to Kelowna, B.C. to join Knight Easton & Associates Ltd.
Tim is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, Lake Okanagan Insurance Society and International Association of Arson Investigators and has completed the Property Adjusting Program at the Vale National Training Centre in Arlington Texas. He specializes in Personal Lines, Commercial, Multi Residential, Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Automobile and Marine claims.
Heidi Hutton
Adjuster
Heidi is a multi-line adjuster and is working towards her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. She started her insurance career in 1991 in Surrey, B.C as administrative assistant with Pritchard Woodall & Associates Ltd. In 2000 Heidi became an independent adjuster and continued to work for the firm until 2006, when she decided to work with a well established national firm. In 2008, Heidi relocated to Kelowna, B.C. to continue her career with Knight Easton and Associates Ltd.
Heidi is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, and Lake Okanagan Insurance Society. She specializes in Personal Lines, Commercial, Multi Residential and Casualty claims.

DONALD BELL
ADJUSTER
Don is a senior Casualty adjuster specializing in the investigation and settlement of serious automobile and bodily injury claims. He started his insurance career in 1968 as a staff adjuster with Saskatchewan Government Insurance. In 1970 Don moved to Fort Nelson B.C. and Prince George B.C.to manage branch offices for a national independent adjusting firm before joining ICBC in 1974. Over the next eighteen years Don held various positions within ICBC including Kelowna Claim Centre Manager and Regional Bodily Injury Manager. In 1997 he returned to independent adjusting and worked for both local and international firms before joining Knight Easton & Associates Ltd.
Don is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada.

DEAN LOVERIN
ADJUSTER
Dean is a senior casualty adjuster. Born in Marville, France Dean grew up in Manitoba and Saskatchewan before moving to Kelowna in 1983. After working as a commercial real estate agent Dean started his insurance career in 1986 with the Insurance Corporation of B.C. where he held numerous positions during his tenure including Bodily Injury Adjusters and Recovery Management Coordinator. These positions allowed Dean to build solid relationships with Doctors, Specialists and Care Providers in Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley in general.
In 2008 Dean became an independent adjuster and worked for both local and international firms before joining Knight Easton & Associates in 2011. Dean specializes in the investigation and settlement of complex automobile and general liability claims.

MARY-LOU HUCULAK, CIP
ADJUSTER
Mary-Lou is a senior casualty adjuster. Born in Victoria, B.C. Mary-Lou moved to Kelowna in 1981. She started her insurance career in 1979 with the Insurance Corporation of B.C. and over the next 29 years held various positions with the Corporation in the Okanagan Valley.
In 2008 Mary-Lou became an independent adjuster working for an international firm for three years before joining Knight Eaton & Associates Ltd. in the summer of 2011. Mary-Lou specializes in the investigation and settlement of automobile and general liability claims.
Mary-Lou is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, and Lake Okanagan Insurance Society.
